Dearest Pastor Rose,

We salute you today and every day for your commitment to the member's of Christian Outreach Center. Your labor of love for the saints is unmatched and uncompromised. God has elevated you to new levels of anointing and gifting that's changing lives and setting the captives free. Thank you for not quitting and for standing firm on the word of God.

Heb. 6:10 God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.
