Life Impact - South Dakota

Life Impact offers pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders a special retreat.

Their vision is serving ministers from around the world at their Black Hills Oasis in Western South Dakota. Ministry leaders experience rest, refreshment, renewal, encouragement, and counseling at little cost to them.

Ministers will find a safe place to retreat, knowing that their time there is held in confidence.

The Oasis is a place for quiet rest and solitude to reconnect with their spouse.

It is a setting that is conducive for increasing one's intimacy with God.

Counseling is offered, helping ministers work through past or ongoing concerns.

Coaching is offered, helping ministers map out action steps for the future.

Mentoring is offered, sharing from Jim and Carol's life experiences to encourage ministers.

Consider that literally tens of thousands of dollars and years of education are invested in each pastor or missionary to receive the necessary training and outfitting to just enter full-time ministry. Far too many end up leaving the ministry for preventable reasons. What a tragic loss to God's Kingdom work!
