Top 10 List

My idea for Pastor Appreciation Day is one we plan to use this year. It is based on David Letterman's Top Ten List. I have been saving things to use all year and have asked others to submit possible ideas.

It will be, "Top Ten Things I Have Learned from my Pastor."

For example, one is based on something he said in a sermon earlier this year. We have a man in our church who has a beautiful deep melodious voice. We love to hear him read scripture. Our Pastor was telling us things he believed in and one was that he just knew when he got to heaven God would sound like Larry (the man with the beautiful voice). Everyone laughed, but also thought it was a real possibility.

We have been adding other (we need 9 more) things we have learned from our Pastor to complete the Top 10 List.
