Pastor Rugg has been a true Godsend to my family and myself. He is always there with a listening ear. He is always willing to help out. With a tender heart for our God, he answers the call upon his life above and beyond. His heart is full of love for his flock. He doesn't look down on anyone, and all are welcome. He follows the Word and expects us to also. I love my Pastor and am so thankful that God sent him to Mill City. |
