Cecil Burhenn

My pastor has been in this church for 35 years. He grew up here in this small town and went to Tennessee Temple for college. This church has gone through a lot and our pastor just hangs in there and keeps on going. He is the greatest. He preaches only from the Bible and loves the Lord with all his heart.

He has a jail Bible study every Monday and when the guys get transferred to prison he keeps track of them and visits them in prison. He gets up at 4:30 in the morning once a month and goes a visits them.

He is a great guy and a great testimony of what a true Christian should be.
