He is the Pastor of
The Believers Worship Center Inc.
He is a mighty man of God
He never asks anyone to do anything that he wouldn't do himself.
He leads by example
He is BOLD.
He prays and God answers
He goes above and beyond
He accepts people just the way they are
and never looks at them any different
He has a genuine love for people
He encourages you to use the gifts that God has blessed you with.
He teaches you to offer your best to God and nothing less.
He gives you the word with no addition or subtraction.
He encourages you to study the word for yourself
He never likes attention to be focused on him
He is quick to remind you that it is not about him but, it's about Kingdom.
He ALWAYS points you back to God.
He has been a father, counselor, friend and Pastor to me and much much more to others
I am blessed to have him as my Pastor
You are a JEWEL. You are a gift from God

Honor to belong to TBWC/Statement of Faith

The Believers Worship Center, Inc. is a Christ centered, well balanced church that holds to the fundamentals of the Christian faith. We believe that there is one God, who is eternally omnipotent (all-powerful), omniscient (knowing all things), and omnipresent (present in all places at the same time). We believe that God exists in three entities. We believe all three entities make up the God-head and are equal, but are functionally different.

According to I Corinthians 12:4-6 there are: (a) diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit (the Holy Spirit); (b) difference of ministries, but the same Lord (Jesus Christ); and (c) diversities of activities, but the same God who works all in all (God is responsible for all of the power for these functions). We believe that He is the sovereign creator and sustainer of the universe, and that final judgment for eternity is of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God manifested in the flesh. We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin and lived the only perfect life without sin. We believe that Jesus Christ died for the sins of all men, was buried, bodily resurrected on the third day, and now sits on the right hand of God as the scriptures declare. We believe that according to John 14:16-18 the Holy Spirit is the promise that Jesus said the Father (God) would send to be a comforter, a helper, to lead and guide us in all truth, and to live inside every born again Christian. We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross as the Savior of the world and that salvation came through Him for the remission of sins. We believe and understand that by faith we believe in God, even though we cannot see Him, we believe He exists. Hebrews 11:6 states, “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”

•We believe according to John 3:3 that you must be born again to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

•We believe according to Acts 2:21 that if anyone calls on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, they will be saved.

•According to 1 Corinthians 15:5-58 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, we believe in the rapture of the saints. Jesus is coming back for the church (the body of Christ).

•According to Revelation 20:11-15, we believe in God's eternal judgment for heaven and hell.

I thank God for placing me under a awesome man of God! I have grown so much as a person, wife, mother, daughter, daughter in law, friend, and a servant of the most HIGH God! Bishop and Pastor Delphine Jordan are true examples of shepherds of Christ. I love their transparency. I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. Thank you Bishop and Pastor Del for never comprising the word of God and preaching truth to prepare me for the Jesus Christ return.

An Awesome Vessel of Honor

I am in agreement with all that Pastor Gabriel wrote about Bishop Larry H. Jordan, Sr. When I joined the ministry of The Believers Worship Center in 2003 I received the right hand of fellowship and Bishop Jordan promised that he would be the best pastor he could be. I have not been disappointed! He is a man of God who leads by example and does so with transparency. He shares his testimony and encourages you always to walk by faith and not by sight. He stands upon God's word and operates in the gifts of the Holy Spirit to bring glory and honor to our God. He is a man of integrity and strength, yet humble. He loves unconditionally and fights the good fight of faith. He believes God to do the impossible and faithfully awaits manifestation. He's a great pastor and my continued prayer for him is that he forever shepherd according to God's heart and feed us with knowledge and understanding. My he never become dull-hearted because he seek the Lord. May he shepherd us according to the integrity of heart and guide us by the skillfulness of his hands. May he prosper in all things and the flock never be scattered. May he continue to shepherd TBWC and those ministries under UPA that are coming, serving as an overseer not by compulsion, but willingly; not for dishonest gain, but eagerly; nor as being a lord over those entrusted to him, but being an example to us all-AMEN!
