Pastor:

God wants a man who is bold like Peter and John, long suffering like Paul and who LOVES JESUS. We thank God for his undying mercy and grace in allowing such a man to be our pastor. The Lord has been good and gracious to the Mount Pleasant family in that He has blessed us with a God-fearing, spirit-filled pastor and we are grateful to Him for His works in and through you.

Your faith and continued prayer, labor and love have brought our church family to such a time as this. You continue to press toward a higher calling during these phenomenal times. Although this celebration is a one-day event, we want you to know we appreciate your commitment to the Mt. Pleasant Church throughout the entire year.

Pastor our Bible states in I Corinthians 15:58:

"Therefore, my beloved brethren be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."

We pray God's richest blessing upon you daily and for many years to come; for your sixteen years of service have not been in vain.

May God forever bless and keep you.
