Qualification - Husband of one wife

Does this qualification mean
1) one wife at a time
2) never been divorced

Are all qualifications equally weighted?
Does husband of one wife have equal weight to not given to much wine?

ANSWER: I believe that all the qualifications are required... there aren't any that need only be partially obeyed.

As for the specific requirement about the "husband of one wife" there are several different views. My opinion is that it refers to the nature in which a pastor loves his wife and not to the question of divorce. However, one could argue that in most cases, if a husband loves his wife in the way God commands, there isn't likely to be divorce.
