Pastor Tax Withholding

by Patrick
(Texas)

I am a pastor of a small church. Rather than pay quarterly estimates for Self Employment, I have chosen to withhold a certain amount each week from my pay. Is this legal and valid?

ANSWER: I'm not really qualified to answer your question. I suggest you consult Worth's Tax Guide for help.
