How can we encourage the congregation to wear name tags to help a new pastor know the members?
ANSWER: Name tags are a funny thing: a lot of people just don't like to wear them. I think that I wouldn't push very hard on this issue. Most people will probably be willing to wear one. When others see that the majority are wearing them, they may comply under "peer pressure."
