How Do I Roast My Pastor's Wife?

Pastor Roast. I have been put on program to do the roast for the Pastor's wife on the Pastor's Anniversary next week. I am the Pastor's wife's sister. My part is to roast the wife from a sister's point of view. Don't know the first thing about how to begin to do it. I am so nervous I'll probably pass out. How do I even begin the speech?
