Health

Our Paster's Health Is geting To Where He Can't Preach Much, He Has Been Having Other Preacher's preach For Him. He Talk's About Steping Down Now And Then, I Know That He Can't Help What Is Happing To Him. He Recieves A Very Good Salary From The Church, Should He Keep Accepting The Salary That The Church Is Paying Him If He Can't Fully Pastor His Church? Or We To Cut His Salary In Half Would This Be Right? He Has Been A Wonderful Pastor In Past year's It Is Hard To See his Health Fail Him? He Is A Great Man Of GOD. Are We To Still Pay Support To People's Ministries When They Are No Longer Fully Physical? I Don't Mean To Sound Cold Hearted, I Just Want To Do What Is Right.
